Early in my career, I worked as a management consultant at KPMG and later became Managing Director of a specialised KPMG subsidiary \u2013 Trompenaars Hampden Turner \u2013 focused on leadership development and cross-cultural management.<\/p>\n      <p>Alongside my corporate career, I spent many years working in entrepreneurship, health, vitality and human performance, coaching leaders and professionals from organisations including Shell, ING, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPN, Stibbe, Radboud University Medical Center, and the Dutch Parliament.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <!-- \u2500\u2500 The deeper question \u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500\u2500 -->\n  <div class=\"nca-band nca-band--alt\">\n    <div class=\"nca-body\">\n      <p>Yet over time, I became increasingly interested in a deeper question:<\/p>\n      <div class=\"nca-pull nca-pull--blue\">\n        <p class=\"nca-pull__text\">What lies beneath performance?<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <p>Many people appeared successful on the outside, yet struggled with stress, self-doubt, burnout, grief, unresolved emotional pain or a sense of disconnection from themselves. I realised that lasting change rarely comes from working harder or achieving more. It often begins with understanding ourselves more deeply.<\/p>\n      <p>This curiosity led me beyond traditional coaching into psychotherapeutic approaches, mindfulness, breathwork, trauma-informed approaches and the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy.
