Naomi Stubbé

Psychologist, Executive Coach, Psychedelic Therapist
Naomi Christina is the lead facilitator of this 1:1 psychedelic program. As a psychologist and psychedelic-assisted therapist, certified by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), she guides and oversees the entire process – preparation, retreat facilitation and integration. She offers a safe and compassionate presence, helping participants explore their inner world with curiosity and trust.

Tijmen Dijkhorst

Physician | Medical Safety & Screening
Tijmen MD supports the medical safety and screening of this psychedelic program. As an occupational physician with expertise in preventive medicine, vitality, and mental wellbeing, he advises on medical safety, contraindications, and health-related considerations for responsible participation. He completed the international Vital Psychedelic Training for Psychedelic Informed Practitioner.

Helen Land

Träger & Somatic Therapist
Helen is a certified Träger and somatic therapist and experienced yoga teacher with a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind and emotions. Through gentle body-oriented sessions, she helps clients feel more relaxed, grounded and connected before their psychedelic journey. Her work supports nervous system regulation, safety and readiness for deeper inner exploration.

Francisca Niklitschek, MSc

Researcher & Writer
Francisca supports research, writing, content strategy, and literature analysis. She holds an MSc in Economics, a background that shaped her interest in why people move toward more conscious ways of living. She is particularly interested in the role that inner work and transformative experiences can play in shifting how people relate to themselves, others, and the world around them.

Who is on Naomi Christina's team?

The Naomi Christina team brings together psychological, medical, somatic and research expertise. Naomi Stubbé, MSc, MBA, is the founder, psychologist, executive coach, IFS therapist and MAPS-trained psychedelic therapist who leads the programs. Tijmen Dijkhorst, MD, is an occupational physician who supports medical screening and advises on contraindications, medication interactions and medical safety. He completed the international VITAL Psychedelic Training for psychedelic-informed practitioners. Helen Land is a certified Trager® and massage therapist and experienced yoga teacher who provides body-oriented preparation. Francisca Niklitschek, MSc, is the researcher and writer, supporting literature research, analysis and content development. 

Yes. Tijmen Dijkhorst, MD, is an occupational physician who supports the medical screening process. He has also completed the international VITAL Psychedelic Training for psychedelic-informed practitioners. 

Helen Land is a certified Trager® and massage therapist and an experienced yoga   teacher. During the preparation phase, she offers gentle, body-oriented sessions that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, grounding and a greater sense of safety and connection with the body before the retreat. 

The program is led by Naomi Stubbé, MSc, MBA, a psychologist who is MAPS-trained in MDMA-assisted therapy Member of the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP) . Her approach to screening, preparation, therapeutic support and integration is guided by relevant principles from the MAPS therapeutic protocol. Tijmen Dijkhorst, MD, is an occupational physician who has completed the international VITAL Psychedelic Training for psychedelic-informed practitioners and advises on medical screening and safety. Helen Land is a certified Trager® and massage therapist who supports body-oriented preparation. The team follows the Guild of Guides Code of Conduct and the principles of the North Star Ethics Pledge, with each member working within their own professional role and expertise.
